Garlic Mashed Potatoes!

2 lbs Russett potatoes
2 tsp salt
4 TBL minced garlic
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup milk or cream

Peel potatoes and cut into large chunks.

Place potatoes in a large pot and add enough water to completely cover the potatoes.

Once the water has reached to a boil, reduce heat and simmer the potatoes until fork tender. This is about 15-20 minutes.

Drain water from pot or saucepan.

Add the butter to the potatoes. Mash the butter, garlic, salt and potatoes together.

Heat milk in the microwave, until warm (don't let it boil)

Stir in the milk until creamy.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve immediately.
