Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes!


Cupcakes:

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
1 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin pie mix
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Frosting:

1 pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. powdered sugar (or until the frosting is thick enough to pipe)
1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
orange coloring (optional)

green candies, candy corn, or candy corn pumpkins. (For tops of the cupcakes)
