4 chicken breast
6 cans chicken broth
2 TBL minced garlic
2 cups carrots
1 cup celery
2 TBL dried onion flakes
4 TBL Italian seasonings
Fresh pasta( see recipe)
2 TBL olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
In a pan saute olive oil and garlic. Add diced chicken, chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion flakes, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper. Let simmer on medium for 1 hour (or until the vegetables are done). Thirty minutes before serving the soup add in the fresh pasta. Enjoy!
