1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
4-6 oz. white chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup plus 1 TBL half and half (or milk, but half and half make them WAY better!)
In a bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
In another bowl mix together the butter, eggs, vanilla and milk.
Melt the white chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave or on a double broiler on the stove until chips are completely melted.
Mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Once all ingredients are blended together then add the melted chocolate. Stir until fully blended.
Pour 1 ice cream scoop worth of batter into a cupcake tin.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20-23 minutes.
