Fresh Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Pumpkin Puree
Cut pumpkin in half. Remove center "stuff" and seeds, throw that away. Cut some of the pumpkin (about 2-3 cups worth) and put into a pot. Fill the pot with water and boil the pumpkin until soft. Anywhere from 8-12 minutes. Drain the water out of the pot. Put pumpkin in blender and blend until fully pureed.
Pumpkin puree(Follow above)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
2 cups flour (Possibly more depending on how much pumpkin you use)
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp milk
1 TBL vanilla
2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts (VERY OPTIONAL)

Combine pumpkin, sugar, oil and egg together.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture. Add in milk. Once that is completely mixed add in vanilla and chocolate chips (also the nuts if you are using them).
Use a spoon to drop the cookies on to a greased cookie sheet. Cook for 10 minutes.
