12 whole mushrooms
1 TBL olive oil
1 TBL minced garlic
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Clean mushrooms and break off stems. Chop stems into small bits.
In a sautee pan add oil, garlic and chopped mushroom stems. Cook until mushrooms are done. Set aside.
When the mushroom mixture is cooled, add softened cream cheese to mixture. Once that is completely mixed together, add Parmesan cheese, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Place mushroom caps on a greased cookie sheet.
Using a spoon add mixture to the center of each mushroom cap.
Bake for 20 minutes!
