1/3 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
4 chicken breasts
1/3 cup butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mushrooms
2/3 cups cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper in a large ziplock bag. Place 1 chicken breast in bag at a time. Shake until flour mixture is completely covering chicken breast.
Melt butter in a pan on the stove. Brown chicken breasts on both sides. About 5 minutes on each side. (This usually takes 2-4 minutes per side)
Place chicken breast in a glass baking pan.
Mix soup, sour cream and mushrooms together. Pour this mixture over the chicken breasts.
Bake for 1 hour.
Sprinkle top with cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
