Turkey Sausage Pasta

Turkey Italian sausage
2 green bell peppers
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
3 TBL minced garlic
26 oz jar of pasta sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Penne pasta
2 TBL Parmesan cheese

In a large skillet cook sausage over medium-high heat. Cook for about 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from pan and cool. Cut sausage into thick slices.

Then add peppers (cut into thin strips) to pan and saute. This usually takes about 6 minutes. Add the sausage and garlic. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Add pasta sauce, reduce heat to medium until sauce is warm. Add mozzarella cheese in sauce until cheese is completely melted through.

Cook pasta as desired.

Put sausage mixture over the pasta and top with Parmesan cheese!
