Pizza Casserole!

2 rolls crescent rolls
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 pound ground turkey
1/2-1 pound turkey Italian sausage
turkey pepperoni
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 can black olives
1 onion
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 green pepper
1 zucchini
garlic powder
1 tsp minced garlic
Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Brown ground turkey with onion and minced garlic. Add in turkey sausage.

Chop the zucchini, mushrooms, pepper, and olives.

Add mushrooms and peppers to the meat. Add a little olive oil and a couple pinches of Italian seasoning.

Spray the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick spray. Spread 1 of the packages of crescent rolls on the bottom sealing the seams and pushing the edges to the corners.

Bake this for 10 minutes or until it is lightly browned.

Add the zucchini and olives to the vegetable/meat mixture.

Take out of the oven and top with pepperoni, and 2-4 oz of cheese.

Pour all of the meat/vegetable mixture on top of the pepperonis and spread around. Pour 1/3 of the sauce on top of this. Then add the rest of the pepperoni. Top this with another 1/3 of sauce and then and another 2-4 oz of cheese.

Lay the 2nd crescent roll dough over the top and spread all the way to the edges. Sprinkle with a little garlic powder and some Italian seasonings. Add the rest of the sauce and cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the top starts to brown.

Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes (this will help it set)
